This includes creating and managing your publisher account; authenticating log-ins; configuring ad inventory and placements; enabling reporting dashboards; and processing the data needed to serve, track, and measure advertising campaigns. Your information also allows us to maintain system performance, prevent technical issues, and provide seamless access across sessions and devices.

When you contact us, we use the details you provide to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, or offer guidance.

If you elect to set preferences or customize dashboards, we retain those configuration details, such as login credentials, notification settings, and reporting or display filters, to streamline future access and ensure a consistent, personalized experience each time you use the AdManager Platform.

To Personalize and Improve the AdManager Platform: We analyze how users interact with the AdManager Platform to enhance its performance, usability, and feature design. This includes understanding navigation patterns, identifying the most utilized tools, and detecting areas where features or workflows may require improvement.

To Communicate with You: We use your information to send transactional messages, respond to inquiries, notify you of platform updates, or share other notices related to the AdManager Platform. If you have opted into promotional communications, we may send you emails or messages about new features, tools, or platform enhancements. You may opt out of such communications at any time.

We do not send marketing communications without consent where required by law, and we honor all opt-out requests promptly.

To Enforce Terms, Comply with Legal Obligations, and Protect Users: We may use your information to enforce the AdManager Platform’s Terms of Use and other policies, investigate and prevent fraud or misuse, comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, or respond to lawful requests from courts, regulators, or law enforcement authorities.

Such data does not identify you or your organization personally and is used to improve the AdManager Platform, inform product development, optimize operations, and support industry insights and reporting.
