This Privacy Policy describes the Platform’s own data practices and outlines the limited circumstances in which your information may be shared with or accessed by such third parties, as well as the choices available to you regarding those disclosures.
This Privacy Policy provides transparency on the following:

How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected through the AdManager Platform solely for business, operational, and legal purposes consistent with applicable privacy laws and digital-advertising industry standards. Our processing supports the delivery of advertising services to publishers, optimizes platform performance, protects system integrity, and fulfills our contractual and regulatory obligations.
Below, we describe the specific purposes for which information may be used:
- To Provide and Maintain the AdManager Platform: We use your information primarily to deliver the core services offered through the AdManager Platform and to ensure its functionality, accessibility, and reliability.
This includes creating and managing your publisher account; authenticating log-ins; configuring ad inventory and placements; enabling reporting dashboards; and processing the data needed to serve, track, and measure advertising campaigns. Your information also allows us to maintain system performance, prevent technical issues, and provide seamless access across sessions and devices.
When you contact us, we use the details you provide to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, or offer guidance.
If you elect to set preferences or customize dashboards, we retain those configuration details, such as login credentials, notification settings, and reporting or display filters, to streamline future access and ensure a consistent, personalized experience each time you use the AdManager Platform. - To Personalize and Improve the AdManager Platform: We analyze how users interact with the AdManager Platform to enhance its performance, usability, and feature design. This includes understanding navigation patterns, identifying the most utilized tools, and detecting areas where features or workflows may require improvement.
Where permitted by law, we may use cookies, pixels, or other analytics technologies to optimize your experience, streamline platform interactions, and reduce repetitive or redundant system prompts. Any personalization is limited to operational efficiency and improving platform functionality, not for consumer marketing purposes. - Use of Automated Tools and AI Features: The AdManager Platform may employ automated technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, to support platform functionality and provide actionable insights. These tools may assist with tasks such as analyzing traffic patterns, suggesting inventory optimizations, identifying trends, or generating operational recommendations to enhance platform efficiency. AI-powered features are designed solely to support your use of the AdManager Platform and do not make decisions that carry legal, financial, or other significant individual consequences. All outputs are advisory and intended to help publishers manage and optimize their inventory and reporting; they do not replace your professional judgment or contractual obligations.
- To Communicate with You: We use your information to send transactional messages, respond to inquiries, notify you of platform updates, or share other notices related to the AdManager Platform. If you have opted into promotional communications, we may send you emails or messages about new features, tools, or platform enhancements. You may opt out of such communications at any time.
We do not send marketing communications without consent where required by law, and we honor all opt-out requests promptly. - To Enforce Terms, Comply with Legal Obligations, and Protect Users: We may use your information to enforce the AdManager Platform’s Terms of Use and other policies, investigate and prevent fraud or misuse, comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, or respond to lawful requests from courts, regulators, or law enforcement authorities.
Additionally, we use this information to maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the AdManager Platform, and to protect the rights, safety, and property of publishers, users, and the platform operator. - For Aggregated and De-Identified Insights: We may use aggregated or de-identified information for research, analytics, reporting, benchmarking, and monitoring platform performance. Such data does not identify you or your organization personally and is used to improve the AdManager Platform, inform product development, optimize operations, and support industry insights and reporting.

Where permitted by law, we may also share de-identified or device-level information with advertising or measurement partners to support operational reporting, performance analysis, and optimization of platform services.
These third parties are prohibited from using your information for their own purposes, and we do not share personally identifiable data without consent where required by applicable law. - With Business Partners and Platform Integrations: We may share limited technical or operational data with trusted business partners or platform integration providers to support the delivery, reporting, and optimization of the AdManager Platform. Such disclosures are limited to what is legally permissible and necessary and are made in accordance with applicable due process standards. - With Affiliates or in Business Transfers: We may share information with our parent company, subsidiaries, or other affiliates under common ownership or control to support platform services, maintain records, or ensure operational continuity. All such entities are subject to comparable privacy obligations.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction, we may disclose information to prospective or actual successor-in-interest, limited to what is necessary to evaluate or complete the transaction and subject to confidentiality obligations. If deletion is not feasible for these purposes, we will limit further use of the retained information strictly to those purposes and will not use it for unrelated operational or commercial activities. - Right to Correct Inaccurate Information: If you believe that the personal or account information we hold is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, you may request a correction. Depending on the nature of the information, we may verify its accuracy through supporting documentation or confirmation.
